giving the right response in the case is not possible..

Hi there,

I am the seller, the buyer should have sent the porduct back, but he sent back something else and gave the tracking number to the case.  I do not get back the Product what I sold. Paypal allow me not an option but confirm that the right product is arrived.. Giving a comment is not possible. If I do not confirm the package then of course they refund the amount. please help!
