I made a purchase on Marketplace and bought a key machine. The person I was buying it from was not sending the parcel after I paid for it, so I opened up a dispute. He sent the parcel out right away and the dispute was ended.a few months go by, and I need to get an update on my key machine find out that it's been stolen by this guy, I bought the key machine from. Now the company from where it was stolen from, Once the key machine back. I have talked to two different people at PayPal, one saying that they will help me and another one saying that they won't. One of the reasons for not helping me was because I closed the first despite, which makes no sense, did PayPal expect me to keep it open till now. One of PayPal workers ask us to go to our bank and get them to launch an investigation and contact PayPal with the information. So of we go to the bank, for this paper work and for them to call PayPal, that was waste of time they spent more time telling use it was PayPal response. I am 64 years old, it had always been refreshing knowing that PayPal was going to take care of you in these incidents. I use PayPal a lot Alibaba, AliExpress, eBay, Marketplace just to mention a few. Not sure what to do
