escalation from dispute to claim

Hello ,how do i know that i have successfully escalated the dispute , to a claim with Paypal ? I have submitted it but i did not received any confirmation or whatsoever

I am happy to help you with your inquiry about the dispute status. You can always check the status and updates of the dispute in the resolution center of your PayPal account. If your case is in the dispute phase, you can exchange messages with the other party and you will be able to see the 'escalate' option by clicking the view option next to the dispute. If the dispute is already escalated, you can see the latest status by clicking the view option. Here's the article with the information to check the status of the dispute or claim.
