enable to resolve "confirm email" from account limitation

i got a notification from paypal that account limitaion has been imposed and need more info so i uploaded all the document paypal asked. when i tried to confirm my email i has a problem, i have confirm my email but still on the limitation page it is showing i want to resolve it
