Hello, The other day I made a purchase of clothes with a total value of 162 euros, one item was missing so I was informed that I will be refunded for this product as it was done. However, I contacted the bank as I noticed that money was missing from my account and they informed me that Paypal has committed the amount of 155.84 (the balance after reimbursing the cost of the missing product) and I need to inform them to release it, I made a request but they did not accept it. In my bank account this amount appears to be clearly committed as well as the debit receipt of the same amount. It's like I've been charged twice. What else can I do?
