Hey i forgot my old account info ( username and password ) and my card was linked to the account and when i made new account and try to link my card it tell me you canot because it linked with another account . What i can do?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
