couldnt upload document for incorrect name issue

help i couldnt upload my document in order to change incorrect name, i have tried with other devices and browser also other internet provider it still cant do it, everytime i upload it only shows loading icon but nothing happened after that

i already do that still not working, the size i were uploaded just around 500kb on both files
