compliance team

I have been having problems with my account being limited for three years. I had contacted customer service and they were supposed to send an email on resolving the issue so I can lift the restriction. They sent it with no link to get it done. I did the whole 180 day wait and all that. Now I call customer service again and this time they say my account is being looked at by the compliance team and they should email me within 5 days on the situation. I guess they are supposed to tell me what to do next about the limitation being lifted and if they let me have access to my account again so I can transfer my money. Not sure what else to do. I'm tired of waiting on them. Help!

Normally you can't appeal a permanent ban but you may get lucky, if not then you should get an email to be able to withdraw the funds as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
