can not close account

i can not close my account. 1.Go to Settings. 2.Click Close your account under "Account options." 3. Click Close Account. on step 3 i dont have button to close account at all.

You can still have limitations on a personal account.

If you have checked the message and resolution centres and there are no limitations then ask customer services to close your account for you?
