can i make a new account when im 18?

my account has been permanently limited, i think for being under 18, i am 17. i thought i could make an account at 16 with parent permission but it seems like that rule changed. can i make a new account when im 18, or will it be limited again?

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account, that is not guaranteed however as you have already broken their rules.

@kernowlass , how should i find out if theyll let me or not? is there some way to ask? or can i try to verify the acc when im 18, if so how would i do that?
