can I visit a paypal manila office?

hi, I'm from philippines. is it possible to walk in into the office of paypal manila? the customer service are taking too long to respond. my account is currently limited and I don't have a passport, national id and driver's license yet to verify my account. I really need to access my funds because paypal is my only way to receive payments from the clients abroad.
