My boyfriend sold an expensive hoodie (the hoodie was advertised on depop but due to the “buyer” request the payment was done off the app and through PayPal….in which we have done before and had no problem). The “Buyer” sent the money through PayPal and it was accepted, so my boyfriend sent the parcel. As soon as we done this the “buyer” cancelled the money. We’ve contacted Royal Mail and they can’t stop the parcel being delivered. Is there anything we can do to get the money back via PayPal or have we just lost the hoodie and the money?
