apartment deposit paypal insurance

Hello can i get my money back if i reserve an apartment and pay the deposit 7 days before via paypal goods and services.

I didnt do it already it was a theoretical question if it would be viable. Because i didnt see anything about that in the buyer protection description on the paypal site.

Well you didn't say what would happen if the seller refused to refund and how you are covered by buyer protection !

I would make a deposit and ''buy'' the service of a reservation for that apartment. So now if i make that deposit and the person doesnt exist or is scamming me could i get the money back through paypal buyer protection?
