after 2 months still no solution to conflict

i am confused and pretty mad at this point and do not know what to do. Back on March 28th i sadly fell for a scam seller. I really did have my hopes up, however on April 19th i finally decided to open a paypal conflict explaining that i never receives my items, nor a parcel tracking number. Moreover i added screenshots of other customers of the store ALSO claiming they’re a scam. It took them a while and the seller provided me a tracking number which is addressed to a whole WRONG country and has not updated since march? I have frequently reached out to paypal via customer service and all they did was telling me to be patient and that they’re waiting for a response. this has been going on for 2 months now and i’m honestly sick and tired of it. Last time i reached out to them (last week) one of their employees told me to wait for 8 days (which would have been today), as they would automatically close the conflict in my favor if the seller does not respond. Now, the seller did NOT respond and payapl decided to extend my conflict again? can anyone help me with this? thanks for your kind help.
