PayPal limited my account and I can no longer use it. My funds are being held hostage for 180 days then they will notify me as to how I can transfer my funds out of PayPal. Then they said I will no longer be able to use PayPal. Do I have any recourse in this matter? I want to continue to use PayPal.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
