account limitation, how long to resolve

Hello,

 

My account has had a limitation on it for nearly a month now and i can't contact paypal to ask whats going on? Ive submitted the information they have asked for and every time I log in it says the same thing about it taking up to 5 working days. This is really frustrating and making me wonder about using paypal in the future. When you call you only get a automated voice and twitter just fobs you off as well. Very annoyed

 

Is there a way to contact paypal and actually speak to someone to progress this?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your PayPal account.
When a limitation is applied, the reasons are not always explained via email. However, you can contact "help" support and "contact us" on your PayPal account.
