I GOT THIS EMAIL FROM PAYPAL Funds received $ XX.XX USD Before we can deposit the funds into your account, we need a bit more information about your account or recent transactions. To provide that, just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide the missing information by 4 December 2020, or the funds will be returned to the sender.  Log In I completed by business account, my kyc but i didn't get my payment. I sent emails to paypal but they didn't even tell me how to solve this. Please help this is my first transaction and my resolution centre is aslo empty

did you received the payment automatically or did you requested the sender to send it again ?

You just have to create a business account on paypal and then add a bank account. Afte that, email your respective company to resend the payment as in most cases the payment is returned back to sender. So, after mailing to the company, they’ll resend you the payment within days and you can start receiving payments via Paypal. If you still are not receiving your payment then go to help>message center and try to resolve your problem via bot for 3-4 times. After that they’ll assign a customer service assistant to solve the problem in detail.
