Your account has been limited

I keep getting "Your account has been limited" despite two episodes of the same, providing proof of ID and proof of residence. Its becoming a great inconvenience. Anyone experiencing the same.

Please contact customer service by clicking contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see the contact options so that our advisors can help you accordingly.
