You can't use PayPal anymore - Help

Hello,
Every time I create a PayPal account I get banned! I don't understand how bad PayPal is
I sent them my legal documents and everything, I also used my account for legal things
But Paypal is very bad
I have a small business that needs paypal
What do I do?

If you are banned then its YOU that is banned and not your paypal account.

So you can't use paypal at all and that includes opening new accounts.
