You can no longer use PayPal. how can i appeal for restore my account?

Hello community,

I am a new PayPal account user. After opening a new usa Personal PayPal account. I don't make any transaction but i got email (Feb / 12/ 2022) from PayPal "You can no longer use PayPal". Actually, i don't get any solution regarding this issue. Any community member can guide me how can i appeal for restore my account?

Most common reasons for an account limitation are:-

1. You have a previously limited account (temporary or permanent) and you have tried to open a new account and not resolved the issues with the other account first.
2. Using a VPN.
3. Not being in the country where you have opened a Paypal account.
4. Being under 18 / minor account.
5. Having 2 Paypal accounts or more of the same account type.
6. Not having your legal name on your Paypal account.
7. Selling items (often virtual or digital) that Paypal consider a high risk of disputes/chargebacks OR items that violate their acceptable use policy.

If none of those then.........

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

How can i appeal for restore my account?

 

I assume I have a fault (Maybe number 7. I am a digital product seller and Graphics Designer. All my payments come from Etsy and Fiverr). Now how do I get the money to stay in my PayPal account?

Now my account balance is $450. Will PayPal not give me my money?

I have already talked to PayPal customer care on mobile. He said the restrictions would be lifted in a week. But today it has been 5 months and he has not done anything yet.

Sir, Can you tell me how I can restore my account?

My account has been restricted for 180 days. 180 days have passed. But I have emailed and called a lot. The PayPal Team has not yet resolved. I am not allowed to use the account and I am not able to withdraw the money I have in PayPal.
