Hi Community Members,
I just created an account and when I came on the PayPal dashboard after a few seconds. They told me: We're permanently limiting your account. You can no longer use PayPal as we've decided to permanently limit your account after a review.
Kindly let me know what's the reason behind this issue. And how to fix this issue. I shall be very thankful to you.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
