I'm sorry to hear you've had an unauthorized charge. If the payment shows up on your PayPal account and you can log into the account, please follow these instructions to file a dispute. After that, you'll also want to reset your password and consider enabling 2-Step Verification. If the payment doesn't show up on your account or you are unable to log into your PayPal account, please contact Customer Support immediately. In the event you've already filed a dispute but it was denied, you can also request an appeal through Customer Support.
