Won dispute but cost almost dispute amount to send back

I bought a 49.99 portable ice make but received a 7 oz. Pkg. Of paper masks. I disputed and PayPal won full amount. The fraud pkg. I got was shipped out from New York. But the Chinese company wants their fraud 7 oz. Pkg sent to China. Postage is $33.55. I'm sure this is there way out. HELP

If you haven’t already registered for reimbursed return shipping do so now to be covered on your next return if it’s not applicable to this return.

Do not know if calling customer service to explain the situation may help you get a refund without a return but try it...typically it is policy that...

“IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to the seller or other party we specify as part of the settlement of your claim. PayPal’s Purchase Protection program does not entitle you to coverage for the return shipping costs that you may incur.”

Winning a Significantly not as described claim do mean the seller is forced to accept a return and refund you and you’re supposed to return item on your dime and get reimbursed if eligible.
