Withdrawing money without my knowledge!

There is a company called FastSpring that withdraws the money from me and I did not give it the mandate. I submitted a communication to People, but they did not answer
I have received dozens of communications from Bepal employees, they ask me to prove my identity over the phone, and most of the time I refuse because in France dozens of communications come on a daily basis asking for personal information.

I told the employees that there is a company that pulls the money from me and it does not respond to my correspondence via e -mail or through their website.

I do not know what the solution is because the employees do not understand that the company that pulls the money seems to be a fraud company

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

People must check the companies that withdraw money, and stop the service until proof is provided by them that I delegated them to withdraw the money

I did not find exactly what I mentioned, but I entered the settings (icon next to the exit logging) = payments = Automatic Payments, then I saw it in "Show inactive", the company name: FastSpring BV

This company that has already withdrew the amount of the existing in PayPal, and now PayPal is waiting to enter the money that has already been withdrawn to my bank account, and therefore I am now my bank account is stopped and a stop is suspended because I do not want to put money in it and it is withdrawn automatically.

They responded to today, as they responded several weeks ago and said that there is no recorded information for them, I am sure they are a fraud company and PayPal does not respond!

A lot of times what happens is people accept a free trial for a product and forget to cancel. As a buyer you must agree to a billing agreement/subscription before a merchant can take a payment from your PayPal account.
If you don't notice during checkout OR don't cancel then it auto renews. Be careful what you are accepting.
