Paypal is trying to steal my money. My account was permanently limited and they gave me 180 days and after that, i got an email from them that i am eligible to withdraw the money but then the bank account on my account in closed so need to add a debit card to withdraw. I called them, the first person say i still have to withdraw the money to the closed account and i did that and money got reversed due to account closure now the second person i spoke with sais to wait for 48hours so they can give me that option to add card then i just got an email said i have to wait another 120 days before i can withdraw the money again. WTF paypal????? I NEED MY MONEY. I NEED MY MONEY. I NEEED MY MONEY!!! STOP THE CRAP AND GIVE ME MY MONEY.

Being abusive is a great way to get them to help you.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Hello @Temp20231123A

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

It sounds like your account has been limited, and I'm sorry to hear that. If your account was temporarily limited and you need to supply documents, please review this Help Center article. If you've been advised it's permanently limited, regrettably, that is not something that can typically be appealed to because the decision is final. However, you can always request a second opinion by reaching out to Customer Support. If the account was permanently limited, you'll receive an email once your money is available for withdrawal.

I hope you receive an update soon!
