Withdrawal Inquiry.

My account was put on-hold for 180 days. I received an email that I can now get my balance. The problem is my balance is in USD, I need to convert to Peso but the system is popping an error message that my transaction is limited. I was stuck in my wallet and dont know how to get my balance and transfer it to other card. Always saying my transaction is limited.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
