This has happened several times. I have noticed Paypal send me emails and iphone app notifications after visiting specifi retail web sites. I am trying to understand how and why they are doing this. It is inffuriating and a invasion of my privacy.
Today I was browsing a few sports equipment retail web sites and about a hour later I received two PP emails/push notifications. I was not logged into the PP website or using the service today at all.
I don't see a option in my settings to disable this. Can anyone help explain what is going on and how to put a stop to it?
