Hello, i have a question I and few of my friends have limited accounts and we can't cash out money from those accounts, on my account the balance is still on hold even after 180+days it's been a year right now if not more.
So what can we do to cash out the money? is there anything that we could do? On my account i only have 22+ euros on hold, but my friend has 160+ euros on hold so what he can do too?
Hard to advise as you have not said which country you are in but generally Paypal you are allowed to withdraw funds after 180 days as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
