The issue arises when I try to fulfill a requirement by inputting the necessary information and then proceed to submit it. However, upon clicking the submit button, the system fails to process the submission as expected. Instead of completing the submission process, the system enters a perpetual state of loading without any indication of progress or confirmation. Despite waiting for an extended period, the submission never goes through, leaving me unable to provide the required proof of fulfillment. This persistent loading state effectively prevents me from completing the intended action, frustrating the process and hindering my ability to fulfill the requirement.
