Why does my account keep getting limited, how do I stop it, from happening again? This like the third time!!

Just expect it to happen Over and over again especially if you need to use something right away. And PayPal doesn’t care if it’s costing you! Losing you money cause it’s not hurting them.so yep. Sucks!
