My paypal was hacked , Two Major Purchases were attemtped.
Best buy called me to confirme a $3000 purchase of a camera on line which I cancelled.
Beach Camera Called me right after to confirm a $6000 Purchase which I cancelled.
Both companies were suspicous of the purchase as the address and other things did not add up to my other purchases.
I immediately Called Paypal , Disputed the Purchases as they were being Refunded anyways.
I filed a police report as well an took the time to Report the Address where all of these Purchases were going , I even drone there to to take picures of the house and truck in the lot and gave that to them
2 hours after I File my DIspute and share all the information Pay Pal tells me my DIspute was Denied and I watned to Vomit , it made no sense , both companies had already cancelled the Purchases , Best Buy Refunded Immediately and Beach Camera said they were going to Refund but it has not shown up. I am at a loss for so many reasons, Been with Paypal for 12 years with my business with no issues and they state they saw nothing wrong with the purcahse and I am out $9000 , but where is the support from paypal , I dont know what i did wrong or what I can do next as this is just so blatant that there was no investigation , How did somene use my paypal wihtout my phone , how did they make it work ?
