Why I Can No Longer Use PayPal?

Hi! I am a freelance book cover designer and I sell book covers including custom book cover requests through facebook and facebook messenger. I had a lot of transactions this month but all of my money is currently on hold. Then suddenly, I received a notification tell from PayPal saying that they limit my account. They asked to provide information that I gladly did. But then again, PayPal said that I can no longer used PayPal. What is the meaning of this? Thank you! Hoping for your immediate response.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
