Who bills as Pp*metaplatfor?

I received a charge on my debit card that thankfully was declined for $10.00. The name in the charge was Pp.metaplatfor. I did not attempt to make a purchase for $10.00. Does anyone know what this charge may be for, and how I find a way to make sure that the charge isn't attempted again?
