What is "Treasury Account Administrator"

A contact was added in our ActiveCampaign contacts list with a PayPal email and with the name "Treasury Account Administrator".

Anybody have a clue about this?
This contact was added 2 days ago. We're not sure if this email is one of PayPal's or not.
