email scams including elaborate invoices are all too prevalent. emails and attachments can be scanned by the likes of gmail, yahoo, etc. working collaboratively with the underpinning carriage (email providers) paypal can and should do more to ensure community safety.
if trust is lost, then paypal has no business basis. What is paypal doing to actively work with email providers to address such email scams?
