I cannot get my money from a transaction because of a $500 certificate fee. I don’t have another $500 to send since PayPal already had me send $800 extra to verify as business account that I didn’t ask for
Sadly you are being scammed, there is no such thing.
Sellers never have to pay anything upfront to receive funds as any buyers payment fees are auto deducted by paypal and the remainder paid into your paypal account balance.
You are receiving fake, scam paypal emails.
