I'm sorry to hear about the unrecognized charge on your credit card. I recommend reaching out to any friends or family members who might have used your card to see if they had made the transaction. If not, and the transaction appears on your PayPal account, I'd check to see if it was a subscription, following the steps on our Help Center here. If you determine that someone else logged into your account to make the purchase, you can file an unauthorized dispute following these steps.
However, if you find that the transaction does not appear on your PayPal account, please reach out to Customer Support. You'll also want to alert your bank about the unauthorized transaction as well. They will likely issue you a new card. This step is not necessary if it does appear on your PayPal account, though. PayPal protects your card information, so if someone had logged into the account, your card details would not have been able to be viewed.
