What do I do?

I ordered an item last October 28th from a company that apparently is in China. I didn't realize that I could apply for a refund until today, which is of course day 181 of the 180 window I have to request a refund. I have sent numerous emails to the company due to the fact that even though they did ship the item, it was sent to a different address than mine. The company verified that the shipping company made the error and I would be receiving replacement items, but six months later I still have nothing. I sent two emails in the last couple days and have not heard back from the company. Since I am outside the payment protection window, Paypal shut my case as soon as I opened it, so I am not eligible for help from them. I sent an email this morning to the company requesting a refund, and am waiting to hear back. I guess I am just out of luck?
