Webador can’t sign in after paying

Hi I paid Webador to have a web page and signing in posted a picture and email address and pass word and haven’t been able to get onto the web page bought thru pay pal 2 hours ago. So please the charge off the PayPal card. Asap,

You can raise a dispute for non receipt of item/service or item/services received but not as described by clicking on the transaction and using the report a problem link at the bottom of that details page, then follow any on screen or email advice.
