I was charged $2.99 earlier by LVRSTG.COM which to my knowledge and research has been reported several times for being a scam site, i do not know how they got my information and when i tried to submit a report i was met with 

"We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction."

Can i get some help here?

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
