There was an unauthorized instant transfer to a debit card, it even tried purchasing but it failed. Only the instant transfer was completed. I'm trying to file a dispute in resolution center but it always gives me the "We're sorry, you can't file a case on this type of transaction . Please refer to our User agreement for more details. "  I tried messaging but it tells me to go to the resolution center when it doesn't really help cause it kept giving me that error.

I made a Purchase, which was Supposed to be for a "High Value Electronics Box"

What came was 4 LOW VALUED - USED/RETURNED items that were CRAP!
I Opened a Dispute but PayPal Closed it and Never gave any Explanation.

The Purchase was in Part - Made with a PayPal Deposit of $1.95 for a Class Action Settlement Deposit.- which when I try to Open a Dispute for the Payment - I get a  MESSAGE -

Unable to Complete Your Request "We're Sorry, You Can't File a Case for this Type of Transaction..." as well.

PayPal is Not Protecting My Purchase.. but they are Taking My Money and in Some Cases, Giving it Away!
