I have had 2 payments go to a company called Actitech Ltd. I have literally no idea who they are. I was told about an app called fitcoach but i have never downloaded or used this. Does anyone know who this company is ?
Do a forum search on the hundreds of posts on here about that company and then....
Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it? Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
