I purchased 2 tickets to a basketball game via the Ticket Fulfillment Services LP website. The same seats were listed on Ticketmaster.com and Cheapseats.com. I picked the Ticket Fulfillment Services because their price was the cheapest. As soon as I selected PayPal as my payment method and confirmed the purchase, the Ticket Fulfillment Services added over $100 to the total. I requested a refund immediately and they denied my request. I did the same with PayPal and they closed the case without any resolution. I appealed never heard back. I'll will never purchase anything through either company again.

Always check reviews on a company first.

Did you fund your paypal payment via a credit card? If so then contact your card issuer and see if they will consider a chargeback for you?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Just had the same thing. when you click on the ticket it's the cheapest or the same, then as you click through , at the last step or 2 the price goes up 10x and fees are added. Just got off the phone with them and they say they can't change anything. Working on the paypal ticket now.

Why does PayPal continue to support this company TicketFulfillment Services LP when there are numerous complaints about this Company? I am for one that has not received my tickets for an upcoming concert. I have tried to contact the seller and no answer. Iam being scammed. I always thought it was safe to pay with Pay pal because they back you up and try and resolve the problem. I hope that will be the case for me and all the other people that have tried to get their money back.

Hello @Sunflower1950,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear about your recent experience making a purchase through PayPal. It sounds like you're already on the right track reporting the transaction through our Resolution Center. When our buyers report an issue like this on a transaction, our resolution teams do dive into the merchant's account to see if any appropriate action needs to be taken on the account. Those actions may include holds, reserves, fees, limitations, or even potentially parting ways as a customer. However, I can say they do try to be fair and take the entire account into consideration, including their dispute history.
If you run into any speed-bumps with your case, please reach out to our Customer Support teams as soon as it's convenient for you. They can be reached by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, through Twitter direct message, and Facebook instant message.
Best wishes,
- Jon K

PayPal is aware of this problem and is full of it. PayPal's continued dealings with this bogus company makes you complicit in their fraudulent practices.

Realized this happened to me as well for tickets I purchased for Wallflowers concert at the Birchmere in Alexandria, va. Paid elevated price $225 for specific premium seats and found out the venue is only general admission and should have only paid $75. Weirdly enough it loads up on the Ticketmaster App. However the receipt is Ticket Fullfillment Services, LLP.
All ticket agencies are scammy including Ticketmaster. It seems that all ticket agencies are actually private ticket scalpers who are price gouging. I won’t purchase tickets to shows through any ticket agency ever again, just won’t go to the shows. Although, I’ve found that PayPal is usually better than other pay apps for defending your money.

Wish I had seen this post before I was ripped off for 414.59, recently. PayPal is complicit and word needs to get out. PayPal is ultimately responsible for the vendors they allow to do business on their platform. Got the round around with PayPal referring me to Ticket Fulfillment and vice-versa. No tickets issued, no response from Ticket Fulfillment support, no order number provided by Ticket Fulfillment and no refund.
