Hello ,
I restore vintage engines and would like to purchase a carburettor for one thats over in America and get it posted to Australia.
The seller of the carburettor will not accept Paypal . He has since replied that he has found a friend that has Paypal and wants payment to him.
I will ask for it to be sent via UPS with tracking like everything I get out of America.
I have purchased a lot of engine parts over the years and this is the first time I have been asked to pay this way.
My question is if the carburettor never turns up am I entitled to a refund from the person I paid ?
Can he dispute it since he did not own the carburettor in the first place ?
Thanks
Siz
