Verification of scam

Received an email this morning. This was in the subject line: 

UPDATE ON RECENT PAYMENT ACTIVITY - YOUR PAYMENT CONFIRMATION KINDLY CHECK YOUR ORDER BILL IF YOU WANT REFUND CALL US@CV24BV657D

I'm pretty sure this is a scam? Can someone verify please?
