Dear PayPal Community,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage over the recent actions taken by PayPal against my account. After working professionally and responsibly on your platform for an extended period, with all transactions conducted with proper tracking codes and product deliveries to my customers, I experienced the following unacceptable series of events:

1. Unjustified Account Limitation:

My account was inexplicably limited for 180 days, despite adhering to all platform guidelines and demonstrating a consistent track record of ethical and compliant business practices. This arbitrary action severely impacted my business and livelihood, causing significant financial hardship.

2. Limited Access to Funds:

Following the 180-day limitation, I received an email stating my funds were available for transfer. However, upon attempting to withdraw them, the process failed. Repeated attempts to contact customer support yielded unhelpful and unproductive responses, including instructions to "wait" without any clear explanation or timeline.

3. Shocking Account Seizure:

After waiting patiently for 10 days, I discovered that all my funds had been inexplicably seized from my account. This outrageous action was accompanied by a misleading email claiming I engaged in "restricted activities" and invoking vague terms from the User Agreement to justify their theft.

4. Lack of Transparency and Accountability:

Throughout this ordeal, I have been met with a complete lack of transparency and accountability from PayPal. The reasons for the initial limitation, the subsequent freezing of my funds, and the ultimate seizure remain unclear and shrouded in secrecy. This lack of communication and justification is deeply concerning and unacceptable.

I firmly believe that PayPal's actions constitute a blatant act of fraud and theft. I have never had any other PayPal accounts nor any disputes with customers, further solidifying my belief that this is a deliberate and unjust attempt to deprive me of my hard-earned money.

Therefore, I demand immediate action from PayPal to rectify this situation. I expect the following:

  • Immediate reinstatement of my account with full access to all funds.
  • A detailed explanation for the initial limitations, fund freezing, and subsequent seizure.
  • Compensation for the financial losses and emotional distress caused by your actions.

I will not stand idly by while PayPal perpetrates such blatant injustices. I urge the entire PayPal community to join me in demanding accountability and a fair resolution to this situation. If this issue is not addressed promptly and decisively, I will be forced to pursue all legal avenues available to me to recover my funds and hold PayPal accountable for their unethical conduct.

I have the EXACT same situation!! My account has just been permanently suspended and my money tied up for 180 days, because I loaded my mom's bank account to my Paypal account. I would REALLY appreciate any help I can get and any suggestions of how to get hold of support, as none of my messages are answered. It is just before Christmas, I need to feed my kids as I am a single mom and this was my only income. I am really desperate!

Probably because if you have a permanent ban you are no longer a customer of theirs so can't access the site / customer services.
