Unknown vendor and charge

There's a line item on my bank statement of a PayPal vendor "Samanthaheimba" for $10.11 that I don't recognize by name nor amount. It only says it's from PayPal. How do I find out who is behind the charge? Googling came up empty.

Any info paypal has would be on the details page when you click on the transaction.
