Microsoft have charged me for something I don't know what is. Paypal want ME to send the contract. But I have no contract, since I never approved this charging. And now they have denied my complaint. What do I do? It seems they don't understand that it is Microsoft who has to provide evidence that the charging is correct.

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
