Does anyone know what Paypal 365 Lux is? I have about half a dozen sudden transactions which I didn't authorise and don't recognise all to this and Paypal won't even let me raise a query to dispute or get explanation for them?
Also I have been repeatedly overcharged several times for one pay in three plan all within two days and paypal won't investigate and says they were authorised, any suggestions?
I am on the verge of raising both paypals conduct and the transaction with my banks fraud department so would be grateful for any help.
