I bought two Netflix subscriptions which did not meet the conditions of the service offered, I made the corresponding claims to request a refund of the payment and what was my surprise? They approved my return in one and denied my return in the other. Does the resolution depend on the criteria of the person who resolves the claims? They should have clear internal rules for resolving complaints. I totally disagree, either they return me both or neither, we cannot be subject to the subjective interpretation of the rules by the operator in charge of resolving this or that claim.
